RETURNS: 
All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns or exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service .

TRACKING: 
Please allow a few days for tracking to update. Soon as we print out your shipping label, you'll immediately receive your tracking. That doesn't mean that it is shipped out immediately. On our end, we have to wait for pick-ups and drops- offs from the postal services
EMAILS/ ADDRESS CHANGES:
PLEASE make sure when you're checking out that all your information is correct and up to date. Due to the influx of address changes, our team has been working 10x harder to correct wrong addresses and address changes, which takes from packaging orders or prepping orders. 
If your email is incorrect, you won't receive your tracking number. Our system will send the email to the email address that you provided at checkout. We're NOT responsible for wrong email address or mailing addresses. 
PACKAGES:
When you track your package and it says delivered, but you have not received your package, PLEASE file a claim with USPS or UPS. Treat Yo Shelf Box is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We're also not responsible for allergic reactions to the products in our boxes. Please be sure to read ingredients prior to usage, and discontinue if irritation occurs.  
We are closed on the weekends.
